The tournament will run:
- Friday, March 9, 2012 from 2:00pm - 2:00am
- Saturday, March 10, 2012 from 7:00am - 7:00pm

No refunds will be issued after February 29, 2012.
The deadline for registering additional players who require social tickets is February 29, 2012.
Early Bird Draw - The first 6 teams willing to play their first game at 2:00pm or 2:30pm on Friday will have their team entered in a draw for a $200 gift certificate from the Liquor Mart.
Best Team Costumes - Teams are encouraged to come dresssed in team outfits/costumes, and best team will be awarded the prize above.
First game times will be posted on the website www.sunofabeach.ca no later than Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Teams are responsible for checking the website or calling the ACCSA office (204-725-8700) for the time of their first game.
Please come at least 30 minutes before your first game to register for the weekend. Your team captain will be given all team wristbands and applicable team social tickets. You need this wristband in order to play and you need a social ticket to get into the social.
No outside alcohol allowed in the Keystone Centre. Violators may be removed from the event without refund.
No smoking allowed inside the Keystone Centre, especially during the social.
Assiniboine Community College Students' Association will not be held responsible for any injuries or losses resulting from play. PLAYERS PLAY AT THEIR OWN RISK!
